    • Begins 4 weeks prior to wedding date

    • Final timeline review and recommendations + vendor confirmations

    • 1 planning call per week

    • One venue walk-through

    • Final logistics meeting

    • On-site wedding day coordination with 1–2 staff

    • Rehearsal coordination (if within 48 hours)

    • Access to planner via email/text during office hours

    • Rehearsal dinner management

    • Guest transportation coordination

    • Set-up for decor or client-provided elements

    • In-person planning meetings prior to wedding day

    Perfect for couples who’ve started planning but need expert help bringing it all together. We step in mid-way to organize, refine, and elevate your event, ensuring a seamless lead-up and flawless execution.

  • Includes:

    • Planning support from 4–6 months before the wedding

    • 2 planning call per month (Zoom or phone) as needed

    • Selection and coordination of up to 3 vendors (customized per client)

    • Vendor contract review and negotiation support

    • Custom timeline creation

    • Venue walk-through

    • Wedding day management + one lead coordinator

    • Email and messaging access within GK business hours

      • Office hours: Mon–Fri 8-9am and 4-7pm; 9-12pm Saturday (unless on-site at another wedding)

    • Event branding and design consulting

    • Welcome event / rehearsal dinner planning

    • Additional vendor management

    • In-person meetings (subject to location & availability)

    • Full-service planning & design guidance

    • Status meetings (as needed), plus phone calls and messaging during office hours

    • Vendor curation, negotiation, and management

    • Timeline development and production schedules

    • Budget and payment tracking

    • Event branding consultation

    • Full wedding day orchestration

    • Assistance with accommodations and transportation logistics

    • Planning of welcome party / rehearsal dinner / farewell brunch

    • Gift bag sourcing & assembly (per person rate)

    • Hotel room blocks and guest concierge

    • Additional in-person meetings (location-dependent)
